Whats the best way to post an optic for trade or sale? Cant seem to figure it out in the marketplace

I just sold some scopes on Ebay, but they charge 10 percent of the price+shipping. So $100 scope plus $15 shipping = 11.50 fee to ebay. It's not cheap to ship scopes via USPS priority mail. About $10 plus or minus depending on how far away your customer lives from you. So I round it up a bit to not get burned on the shipping. The shipping cost makes lower priced optics harder to sell without a steep discount on the price.
