My Lee chamfer and debur tool seems to not work as well as when new so I have been looking at VLD chamfer tools in case I ever shoot heavier aerodynamic bullets(and there doesn't seem to be a down side even with flat base).

While looking around I noticed some are 28 degree cut while others are 22 degree(I think the old school is 45?)

Any upside or down to one versus the other?

Not in my experience. My VLD deburring deal works much better at cutting. Not sure if it's the angle or the quality of the steel.

I'm sure if you get into the benchrest realm, they'd have strong opinions.
