Can is a Silencerco Omega 9K with the flush mount tri-lug adapter. Host is CZ Scorpion and an AR 9mm. When sighted in, accuracy is as good as me. if the suppressor is removed and put back with a different lug orientation, impact changes dramatically (8+"). There are no baffle strike issues.

Is this typical or do I have something else going on? I've never used a tri-lug system before.

That POI change seems excessive to me, but you do need to time the suppressor. He's a pretty good video on the point of impact change.

https://youtu.be/uEcf0pCm2iE?t=9m45sI figured I'd get "some" spread; something like in your link, but mine seemed excessive. I've seen stranger things before. Nature of the beast I guess.
Thanks for the link.
