Arsenal 105A1 help

I have a NIB Arsenal SLR105A1 rifle in 5.45, and while they still had them I also bought a new Bulgarian scope rail for the AK74 with rivets even.
My question is who can install this thing, ( it is identical to the one on my 106A1R )
on my 105A1 correctly so it is level and straight, look like factory job, not impact anything negatively.
