Flash Suppressors legal in CA...?

Are these legal in California...? I'm selling a Noveske KX3 Flash Suppressor and want to make sure it's legal to ship to CA.

They are legal here. It just depends on how you configure your CA rifle.

A flash suppressor is considered an evil feature, and if your rifle has any, you'll have to fix the mag so it requires a tool to remove. Mag has to be 10rnds or less if fixed in place. Other evil parts include pistol grips, forward grips, collapsible stocks, and thumb hole stocks. I'm prolly forgetting one (my rifles are configured feature-less).
