Anyone have experience on the PRI M84 Gas Buster Ambidextrous Charging Handle?

I use the single latch old style on one of my 5.56 carbines and it has served me well. Didn't even know they made an ambi CH. Not sure why they couldn't couldn't color match the latches to go with the rest of it. Trivial I know.

Yeh I’ve been trying to find info on this handle but it’s like a ghost on the web. Not a lick of info on it.

Is it just me or do those latches look massive? I’d like to see it side-by-side with a Geissele SCH.

I have one of the pri ambi large latch charging handles, the latches are about the same size as the geissele SCH. Maybe slightly larger? The latch`s are not textured in any way.

It still deflects gas as we all know the gas busters do. I like that it is easy to hook a finger on and rack. And the large latches don't dig into me, or get snagged on anything nearly as bad i thought they would when the rifle is slung.

I also have the regular gas buster with the big latch (not serrated military latch) on my mk18 clone and have zero issues with that either.

I really like them both and won't be replacing the ambi, but....knowing what i know now, i would have ordered two of the original gas busters with the serrated military latch instead.
