Call me crazy, but in the Epstein Autopsy photos, I see two sets of ligature marks on his neck. Do you??? See the pic.... I know... he didn't kill himself.

Considering the two subjects of the autopsy are different people (hint: facial hair to chest hair) I can only assume OP was meant to generate laughs...

I remember the thread in 2016 when Hillary fainted or stumbled, or something. The legion of M4C forensic video specialists here had her diagnosed with everything from prosthetic leg, to stroke, to ALS. Someone even opined from that video that they were sure she had a colostomy. Hillary, obviously, is cooking along just fine...certainly in better health than Bill.

Now that we have Epstein's autopsy photos, I'm very interested to hear from our M4C forensic pathologists.

Well, the evidence of post mortem lividity indicates to the professional observer that the subject was supine post mortem and later hoisted from the position by neck ligitation. Of course, I would need to see the subject's feet, ankles, and calves to make a definitive conclusion.

Good enough?

Is ligitation a word?

Very cogent analysis Dr. Infinity (may I call you Dr. Infinity? I like that name)...however I don't think ligitation is a word since it appears to be confusing the M4C spell check.

Certainly. I think I'll make that my new user name. I've never mentioned this before, but I'm a fellow surgeon. I've removed dew claws and docked tails on many pups. Most lived.

The photo on the left is a view from the front showing the ligature marks. The photo on the left is a view from the back side showing ligature marks... two different sets of ligature marks....

Another inconsistency in the photos of the cell is that there is two sets of bedding in the cell, two mattresses and at least two sets of blankets/sheets. This indicates that perhaps there was someone else celled with Epstein. Inmate bedding is issued out to individual inmates, not just put into a cell for future use. Each inmate bed roll has two blankets, two sheets, a mattress and a pillow. No extra bedding is issued unless there is a valid reason such as a medical need.

I'm seeing two different people.

Photo on the left is front.
Photo on the right is also front but with the head turned. The blue in the upper left corner is a gloved hand holding the head to the right. Facial hair

It's bad when even Hollywood starts making comments:

I see front on the left, shaved chin. I see back on the right, hair at the back of the head being held up.

Regardless of what or who we are looking at here, Epstein did not kill himself.
