Received this head new from Gene, it’s to much output for my needs.
Still new, just put on a battery tube and tested outside one evening. Not on a rifle but on a flashlight body.

DOES NOT FIT the new DF Surefire threads but DOES fit all E-series Scout Light threads. Uses a single 3.7V li-ion battery or 2xCR123 batteries.
