And the critter who sponsored the bill is from Georgia? If I recall, isn't Hank Johnson a black albino? What is happening to the Peach State? Same place that gap-toothed black hippo Stacy something or other is from. Where are all the corrupt, former Klan democrat congressmen? They were rotten too, but it seems the political demographics are changing there.
