SOLD Just purchased from Midway, mounted accessories and took them off. This only works with round front hand guard rings. I didn't look at my upper before buying and didn't realize it had a triangular front hand guard ring.
It's black, and not perfect as you can see in the pics. I slightly bent one corner of the heat shield, and there are marks on the inside ONLY of the left side Mlok rails from my QSA & rail mounts.
