Speed and Accuracy: traditional rear sight versus simple KAC/MI post

I have a couple backup rear sights, but figured I’d ask the community about this.

Has anyone noticed differences in how their eye() adjusts/focuses, as well as if they have timed or otherwise contrasted a measurable difference between the larger, bracketed, typically older style like Troy versus the simple KAC, Midwest Industries and others that are just a post and circle?

I’ve noticed no difference in speed vs my KAC irons and any other irons using the small aperture. No difference in accuracy potential *for me* between the two either.
