The Bullet hole isn't a "pretty" range but it does offer a good variety of areas to shoot and will be the cheapest place to shoot, especially if shooting multiple guns. I think the range fee is $10.50 for first time visitors and gives you unlimited access for the day to the pistol range and rifle range (50 - 300 yds) and there is not an extra charge for additional guns. This is where I normally shoot.

Blackhawk range will be more expensive since they charger per gun and the facilities are even more basic than The Bullet Hole.

A Place to shoot will probably be the most expensive route but I don't think the costs are worth what they offer in terms of facilities.

I used to shoot almost exclusively at Blackhawk when I was stationed at Lackland for a few years and even took my CCW class from them. The owners are brothers (if they are the same owners) and are former LEO officers. The Bullet Hole is pretty close to Lackland so it may be the most convenient if you're staying in the immediate area. They tend to be a bit more strict when it comes to drills at Bullet Hole in my experience compared to Blackhawk - but the owners knew me kind of well at Blackhawk too. In the past it wasn't unusual to see several SAPD SWAT members training at Blackhawk either.
