I am not aware of dedicated Romeo1 offset mount, let alone a QD one... I assume you are talking about the DPP offset mount since I believe the bolt pattern does match?

Anyway, there are a few "QD" offset optic mount that I can think of, and you might be able to fabricate one to work on the Romeo1:

LaRue T-1 mount:

ADM RMR Mount:

ARMS RMR Mount:

I think not many manufacturers make QD offset mounts for several reasons:

1. QD mounts are costly to make. Not many people are willing to pay $120+ for a QD mount when a decent micro red-dot can be had for as little as $250-350. This also explains why most currently-available QD offset mounts are for RMR and T-1; both are premium optics. Unless you are shopping for Chinese mounts (some of which aren't half-bad TBH), you won't find $50 QD mounts of any type.

2. The QD lever typically protrudes far out from the gun, which create snag points.

3. Most QD mounts have a very "thick" clamp, which limit mounting options. Non-QD mounts, including our own (below picture), will fit below the cantilever portion of many scope mounts.

Anyway, if budget is of no concern and you are interested in making your own, I would start with the LaRue LT752 (I am partial to LaRue as they have one of the nicest "adjustable" QD design):
https://www.larue.com/products/larue-tactical-surefire-scout-offset-mount-lt752/

And from there, make an adapter plate that bolts onto said mount. Any machine shop can make you that plate pretty inexpensively... it's literally a small piece of aluminum with 4 threaded holes. You can cut it from a manual Bridgeport in an hour... and should be able to get one made for about $100 or less. However, with shipping and what not... you are still talking about a $250 investment all said and done.

You can also start with the ADM Surefire mount, go down the exact same path, and save $35:

Sounds good!! Once you figured it all out, can you post some pics? I've dug a little deeper into it, looks like the Romeo 1 has a completely unique footprint... but since you have a mill, flattening the studs and re-drilling / tapping 2 screw holes should be cake.
