Approximate value of this AR upper

I have an opportunity to buy new AR rifle for what appears to be a decent price. I only want the complete lower from it.

What could I reasonably expect to get from this upper, complete? If you wouldn't mind breaking each major component down as well regarding value, I'd appreciate that too (or at least just the complete upper minus the OKO sight):

It a Bushmaster upper with fixed FSB, flat-top, tactical charging handle, 11.5 barrel (1x9 twist) with silver soldered 5.5" flash suppressor (has tons of holes in it), M4 handguards, DPMS removable rear sight, CavArms OKO target sight. Everything is brand new, never fired.

It's hard getting rid of that upper, especially with that nasty looking pipe. But as bad as the supply and demand is right now, maybe someone will be desperate enough to buy it. I'd say $700 for the upper, including the BCG.

Yeah, I think I'll pass on it - it was $750 FTF, but I just don't need anything but the stripped lower. I'll keep looking.
