But Im Fking retarded. I cant get the cap off, any tips or ideas. No clue is too small a guy that just bought his first AR.

Just hold the knurled edge of the adjuster knob tightly.

Just as an FYI, I always add a light coating of silicone grease to all o-rings and threads. Seems to make reopening easier, keeps the o-ring from drying out, and probably aids in water and dust intrusion resistance.
