Covid brought my Recce plans to a grinding halt. I have test-fired this gun with 3 different mags of ammo with some donor parts.
With an 8x CQBSS, factory shows as such:
Mk262 BH shows about 1 MOA +/- about 0.2" for a 10-round group
Hornady 75gr is at about 1 to 0.85 MOA for 10-round group
RUAG Swiss 69gr match is at about 0.75 MOA
Hodge Defense Mod 1 7075 Aluminum milspec upper finished out with Colt milspec forward assist and ejection port cover parts
Hodge Defense Pinch-lock 11.5" Mlok rail for that retro Recce exposed barrel charm
Centurion Arms Recce barrel spun from Bartlein 5R 1:7" twist blank; 5.56 Mk12 chambering. Cerakoted black by Centurion with their pinned, tongue and groove gas block
Forward Controls Design 6315 improved A2 style flash hider
About 120 rounds test fired. Minor finish wear on the front take down pin lug due to the tight receiver fit.
