Old/how it is normally defined 100%, or some new 100%?

No way in hell. Zero chance. None. I know these plants and their processes, been in many of them. Had many clients who worked in them. Sat in depositions for hours as they described their job duties etc.....

One third of all the Fed Beef in the world lives within 100 miles of me. We have packing plants all over- Tyson, JBS Swift, Cargill, National Beef, Caviness etc.....They are staffed by some Hispanics and lots of Third World immigrants- primarily Burmese, Somalians and some Vietnamese/Laotians. My county is currently a Chinky Flu "hotspot" and the reason for that is the packing plant workers. Their work doesn't allow "social distancing" and their ideas of hygiene is not always First World standard.

Even IF you could find people to replace them, "social distancing" within the plants would cut output significantly. There is no way in hell they can operate at 100% for a LONG TIME. If you haven't already filled your freezer with beef or have one on pasture in your back yard etc....you're screwed. You will have less availability and pay more. Period.
