I have a *brand new and unused* V7 Weapon Systems "titanium" gas block, The gas block has a .625" id , a black ionbond coating and comes with set screws. FYI, titanium is lighter and stronger then steel with a slower expansion rate than barrel steel, and therefore maintains a nice tight, leak free fit as the barrel gets hot.
