Eotech red dot vs red dot with circle

Anyone have any experience the eotech xps2-1 (the one that just has the red dot with no outer no circle)? Thinking of getting one but was gonna make sure the dot only was big enough and bright enough to see, from what pics I’ve seen the eotech center dot is pretty small. Currently running an mro so how does it compare to that?

The Eotech reticle is hands down my favorite. Very easy to use and to lead a moving target. The only thing I didn’t like was the dazzle of the laser on the reticle. It’s a lot easier to use than a single plain dot.
