While i wait for the rest of the Christmas cheer parts here are my 3 main choices in order of importance.
1. M110 clone with the clone barrel from Charlie's custom . Total build price if i can find a buttstock and taupe grip $4400 without glass. Would leave receivers black and rest of rifle will be taupe.
2. 20" rainierarms.com m110 profile barrel cerakoted black, sopmod stock, urx 4 mlok. Maybe $3200 invested.
3. Wait for parts how long that ever takes and leave receivers in safe. Sadness invested. 62774
