ATI Canadian Export Only Marked Lower

I picked up two ATI lowers marked with the Canadian maple leaf and export only. Serial number starts CAN anyone have any info on these? I have searched online can not find any info on these.

Contact ATI directly, maybe? Usually going direct to the manufacturer is the best source of info...
