Confirm what upper this is

Can anyone confirm that this upper is aero precision??

I have 5 Aero uppers I've used on builds. None of them have engraved T-marks. They all have Laser engraved white T-marks. The Anchor-Harvey forge mark isn't exclusive to Aero.

That first link is a little behind the times since it was published in 2000. Once again, I'll reiterate that the Anchor Harvey forging mark isn't exclusive to just one manufacturer. I have a BCM upper with an Anchor Harvey forge mark. I also have an Aero with a Square(Brass Alum.) forge mark.
