The reason I'm asking is because Optics Planet says this EOTECH is the tan model. It looks nothing like tan or FDE it looks black to me especially on the honey badger which is the reason I wanted tan. Before I get into a discussion with them I wanted objective opinions!

yes, I threw it on just to get the contrast to the picture, I wanted to make sure the color was in fact black and not tan like I ordered

it doesn't say.....I've seen other boxes which clearly are marked as EXPS2-0 BLK......mine has EXPS2-0 GRN OP

It's tan when it's on the right way. It turned black to let you know it's on backwards. :jester:
