No personal experience, but Dark Hour Defense was started by Joel Allen of V Seven Weapon Systems as an affordable line of quality products.

Joel got burned by a scumbag who started DHD with him, but my understanding is that individual has been out of the picture for awhile. Joel is a good guy, the other turd is not.
