Question about chamber inner diameter

I was talking to my dad and I couldn't dind a max spec for the inner diameter of the chamber where the throat is in a .223.
I looked all over and could only find the specs of the casing but I we were wondering what the clearance tolerance is. Thanks in advance.

Yes, SAAMI is the official source.

The freebore diameter of the .223 Rem chamber shows .224+.002

However, this is generally tightest chamber in the family, with others like 556 NATO allowing up to .227+.002
