I bought a KAC sr15 14.5 and the bcg that came with a carrier that has a 3rd dimple. Can anyone tell me where that carrier came from? I know KAC just uses standard carriers but didnt know if that one was normal

Don't know, never seen that before on any carrier I've ever handled. Sure it's not just a machining flaw? It is tiny.

Yeah it is tiny but it is a percent circle dimple so hard to tell if it was a mark of the manufacture or a machining mark. I reached out to KAC just haven't heard back yet.

I’m almost positive the CQB upper I got like three months ago had one as well.
