I have spent my whole life chasing terrorist and responding to hundreds of bombing.

I have NEVER seen nor heard such a warning before a bombing. Back in the old days the IRA and Basque phoned in warnings but those days are long gone.

It makes me very suspicious.

At one point in time the biggest bomb maker that was murdering hundreds or maybe over a 1000 Israelis was nick named "burned" because of all the work accidents he had through the years.

Home made bombs takes a skill level, and then give a verbal warning prior to boom.

False 911 call of shots fired, followed by an ambush against responding officer, that I understand .
