View Full Version : Two FBI agents dead, multiple injured
Happened not that from me:
UNRISE — Two FBI agents were shot and killed, a suspect is dead, and three others were injured early Tuesday morning while serving a warrant in a residential neighborhood in Sunrise, the agency confirmed.
The shooting happened about 6 a.m. at a complex called Reflections, where the suspected shooter had barricaded himself inside a residence located at 10100 Reflections Boulevard West, between North Nob Hill Road and Hiatus Road.
The suspected shooter is now dead, according to an FBI spokesman. No names were released.
The warrant was related to a child pornography case being investigated by the FBI and prosecuted by federal prosecutors in Fort Lauderdale, sources confirmed to the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
Paramedics were called to the scene to attend to the wounded, and Fort Lauderdale police sent a small SWAT contingency team to Sunrise to assist with the situation, said Fort Lauderdale police spokesperson Casey Liening.
“The scene is safe,” the Sunrise Police Department said in a tweet shortly after 9 a.m. No further information was provided that pertained to the incident, though traffic woes may ease sooner rather than later.

Local news reports say it was a search warrant for child porn on computers etc. And the suspect shot himself.

Looks like a SWAT Truck was driven in to the scene and I mean, it's parked on to the patio, in to the scene.

That happened to my neighbor in a shady sting op where spam like emails were sent to IP addresses at addresses that belonged to sex offenders. The man who lived there before he bought the house was convicted a long time ago. When they took his PC it had files and they used the pictures they took of their babies in the bathtub as evidence. Total scam. They charged him with three felonies but offered a plea down to a misdemeanor and labeled my neighbor as an offender.

This would mean your neighbor used the same exact service, router and computer as the former occupant

I edited my original post to reflect miswording. They bought the house from his dad, and the sting used the address (mailing) to cross with internet addresses(ip) at the same locations. There was a pretty big controversy over that sting which caught a handful of people, as they were sending pornographic files via email themselves to people, therefore distributing it in the process of trying to catch them.
He bought the house from his dad.And kept the same email address?

Bills come by physical mail or emailed from the service provider. No one loans anything for work and not many companies would allow outside thumb drives, especially on a monthly basis. But either way there would still need to be a history of it. No one just decides to be a pedo beginning of the year or since summer or whatever. Having a middle age man who recently became a pedo or was so good at hiding it but then just decided to start Googling this stuff is a huge red flag. These people start in their teenage years

I don't know that much about pedophiles, when they start, how they start, or how they get caught.
I do have a bit of paranoia, I know there are things that can be said or done about someone's reputation that cannot be erased. I have observed guys like Weiner and both Biden's having an ability to shrug it off without a second glance.
Do you think the FBI has ever been above accusations that they have drummed up themselves to black ball you from the rest of society if they cannot get you any other way?

Very unfortunate and that two FBI agents got killed. I don’t trust the FBI very much, and think the agency should be disbanded. That doesn’t mean I want to see individual field agents getting killed.
Particularly agents who investigate and charge pedo’s, in this instance I don’t doubt the agents were legitimately investigating crimes against children. I don’t care if the agents are/were KGB, Stasi, or FBI; if they’re legitimately going after pedophiles that is doing God’s work any way you look at it. Scumbags that hurt children or sexually target children are filth, and undeserving of human rights compassion or continuing to draw breath.
Also unfortunate will be the political football this becomes. I’m sure it will be reported that this dirt bag used an “assault weapon” and was wearing a MAGA hat or some nonsense. Because that’s how the upper levels of the FBI work, and they do love to persecute their political enemies way more that kiddie porn purveyors.

As far as I’m concerned the FBI is a dumpster fire at the top, but individual field agents; especially those investigating sub human pieces of crap that hurt kids, are going their duty. They don make the political decisions, and I will not denigrate them for things out of their control/authority.
God speed to the deceased agents, bless their souls for hunting down monsters.

Its almost like being involved political crimes and propagating corruption makes people distrust you. What a surprise!
Fbi caught a tone of pedo's in my area all at once I don't know how but my father's house was raided when I was younger (teen). They said we had uploaded kiddy porn and spoofed our emails and yahoo apparently tipped them off. The agent said he was 100% sure he would find something. We'll the a$$holes came back several months later with all our computers and storage drives and find nothing. No apologies no nothing. Screw the fbi.

100% agree. True pedophiles will almost always be repeat offenders. I've had enough first hand dealings with them at work, they are the lowest form of life, they all need to die.

Honestly this. We lost two law enforcement officers who were willing to wade through some absolutely sick stuff to protect children from perverts we should not suffer to live.
