My personal opinion of the OP crime. Lesser degree murder or aggravated manslaughter, top of the heap rape charges, burglary, theft,... give them 25 to life. Now if the woman was my kin? ROR the perps, and don't keep too close an eye on them. I'll get my rope.

They probably should- IF A CASE CAN BE MADE..... But I haven't seen any evidence there was a murder committed there. None. The guy died the next day of "unspecified causes" last I heard. Now, I've seen some janky ass cases go before a jury....but a Prosecutor better bring his A game with that crap. Doesn't mean there isn't more evidence etc....but the last PUBLICLY available statements certainly don't support homicide in the Capital case. Sorry.
