Puts the "DOD" stamping on some of their new Vietnam XM16E1 rifles but not others. I have one that does not have the stamp on the right side of the receiver and most of the ones I have seen do not either. Saw one today at a dealer that had the stamp. I find it odd that Colt marks some this way but not others?
