Spare trigger and hammer springs

I currently have a Larue MBT-2s and Centurion AST and was looking to pick up some spare trigger/hammer springs. Where do you guys recommend looking for quality springs?

Do those triggers use mil-spec or proprietary springs?

They appear to use mil spec springs, the AST has a rust colored trigger spring. I'm not sure if that is just distinguish between different spring weights during assembly, since Schmid also makes a single stage trigger.
