CMMG VSBR uppers

With the caveat that I know all about the reduced terminal performance of the sub-10" barrels, I have determined that I have a need for a VSBR.

The two available options are the Noveske Diplomat and the CMMG 7.3".

Does anyone here have experience with the CMMG 7.3" barrel? I will use Colt parts for the balance of the build, CMMG is being considered for the barrel only.

I have NO experience with the shorter barrel, but I have the longer 18" barrel: Remarkably accurate. CMMG has had it's detractors. The price point is good and there is a limited lifetime warranty on most, if not all of what they sell. Taccom has lightweight barrels and substantial accuracy, too.
