Identify PLEASE!

A buddy of mine just got back from base for a medical leave (broken knee) and he told me he could bring me back a nice scope so Im thinking itll be an Aimpoint 68 or something similar, he comes back with this MARS and tells me its a good scope and it goes for around $1K but I dont know what it is, if anyone could give me a website or info on it Id appreciate it greatly. Sorry about the picture quality.

That being said, should I keep it or is he mistaken and is it not worth having. It does work but needs to be zeroed in on my ar and the laser is off as well so I have some figuring out to do with that (suggestions please)

Made in Israel. Pretty common over seas but not two many over here. $1k is a bit steep.
Kinda cool if you are like me and collect combat optics, but there are a lot of better systems around here that will not break the bank.
