Brevard county outdoor ranges

Hi,

Just moved down to Brevard country from Indianapolis area..
Are there any outdoor shooting ranges open to public (in a first step. I'd like to try the facilities before spending fees and dues)?
I am located in Melbourne, but I am willing to travel in a 1 hour radius I'd say.

There are plenty of indoor ranges, but I prefer shooting outside. And most ranges I have found so far are requiring a membership AND a NRA membership. :no:

When I lived in South Florida for 14 years in early 2000 I always shot outside, much more pleasant, but early is better than late afternoon in the heat.

I think Indian River County Shooting Range is just south of Melbourne, their website is below.
