On the Lex Fridman podcast. Rogers was one of the key pilots who worked for the cartels and was as deep as it gets on the entire cocaine time the cartels, CIA, etc were peaked in their activities. The entire podcast is worth a listen, here he is discussing Seal killing and other topics. I have not read his book, but sounds interesting. Other parts, he fingers Clinton as part of that, and many others without hesitation:
