Mark Felton Productions (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfCKvREB11-fxyotS1ONgww)page does an outstanding job, and he's covered many topics I was not aware of and does a great job of it. Highly recommended. He goes into granular details about wide range of topics. For example, who guarded the Nuremberg Trials? Waffen-SS Soldiers!

Felton, Drachinfeld for navy, and Boyd’s channel for aircraft. Your afternoon is now taken. Trent Palmer for mountain STOL footage.

Felton's stuff is really good.

I enjoyed The Great War channel about WWI, but the follow years that jumped off of it has never been as interesting to me.

His is a channel that does not just rehash the same stuff most well read people will know. He really does his research and digs beyond where most would leave off. For example, apparently the Brits were supposed to drop the A bomb on Japan, and had a bomber capable of doing so, but we wanted it to be a US plane and had to modify the B-29 to do it. I didn't know any of that:

IIRC, Felton also did a good short series on the Falklands a while back too.

So Nazi Princesses...what became of wives, mistresses and daughters was a little enlightening.

While most Germans were doing their best to downplay any associations, many wives and daughters were wholly unrepentant.

Mark Felton does a good job on short informational videos, I really enjoy the people at Time Ghost and the WW2 channel itself, the week by week goings on of the war and the Minute by Minute of Pearl Harbor was really good, you'll need to grab a cup of coffee and sit down to watch though.

There’s more than a few good Russian series on their ‘StarMedia’ channel on YT. I particularly enjoyed “The Dawns Here are Quiet” and the one about the female pilots flying old wooden/material biplanes against the Germans, called “Night Swallows”.

… don’t go there, LOL … that’s why I put info about the series first!

Thanks for sharing, I never feel guilty for wasting time when watching Mark Felton.

Amazing in a positive way how we trust the Baltic states then and now.
