What size punch do I need for the pin that holds the front pivot pin? Thanks.
use a razor blade ,to hold down the detent with spring installed next put pin in -pull out blade.

Ditto. If you use a punch you'll be glad they sent you an extra pin.

You will need a 1/16 punch to go into the hole. Also be advised that there is a tool that is made to assist with this. It is shaped like an L and acts as a slave pin.
I can't remember the name as I don't use one.

i use one. i know you can make your own, but this makes a frustrating task stupid easy.
if you're going to be doing several builds its worth the money.
make sure you have spare detents, that always takes the pressure off the operation.
use a plastic bag to catch the detent, should you launch it.
