Considering current times, we need stress reduction where ever we can get it. Some interesting intel.

Yoga, meditation, various breathing techniques, etc, no doubt have wide range of potential benefits via relaxation response, lowering cortisol, BP, etc, improving autonomic systems. This paper examines the effects of breathing techniques (1)

I have been using mindful meditation techniques for some time in an attempt to improve on all that, but it’s not as easy as it sounds. Dr Zinn has lead the way with the programs used in major hospital for stress reduction and is a western trained scientist.(2)

Just out, objective improvements in immunity - via increased numbers of CD4+, CD8+,T-cells, natural killer cells IFNNK, CD+16 and other immune markers - and subjective improvements in quality of life with yoga and prostate cancer:

It appears finding that approach that allows one to tap into the response, be it meditation, yoga, tie chi and so forth is the “trick.” There's no reason to assume that effect is limited to prostate cancer...

Been thinking about starting this as an adjunct to combatives. All the more reason to know.

"How to shrink enlarged prostate & improve frequent / incomplete urination naturally"
This guy is no Joke , I have used his other videos for other issues.

I am almost 70 years old and did a 290 pound close grip flat bench with a pause last week.

I stay away from Doctors and look for other ways to stay healthy.

I am very big on yoga as a long term pain reduction methodology for a body that has been used hard. 20 minutes 5 days a week keeps me 97% pain free from a hard life.

I should do it; or at least, spend real time doing a combination of meditative stretching and breathing.

I can understand correlation of things like this with decreased cancer markers, but as something that prevents it ot makes it go away, I am a but dubious. Still, I am very aware if the healthcare benefits of it.
