This Guy has a History of going off and saying something stupid, he should be kept as far away from foriegn policy and business as possible.
Like Biden getting up and thanking Ford and Chevy for building and inovating great EV's, didn't bother to mention Tesla, who really were the inovators and builders.
That he would F' France was likely not his doing, honestly I believe he's a clueless dummy.

Its not though. He simply does not have the intelligence to make the descisions that have been made. Even at his personal best, he had an average IQ, and he is certainly not at his best now.

He is absolutely being told what to do, what to say, and who to say it to.
