36, but I was told recently that I looked between 25 and 30. What felt even better about that comment was that it was made by a very beautiful woman.

Opsec requires this remain classified information.

Old enough to know better.

I am blessed to feel the same as I did when I was only 20.

39... "Not great, not terrible"

That was a big one for me: my dad dropped dead from a heart attack when he was 39. I held my breath for a whole year, and was happy when 40 rolled around and I got that monkey off my back.

A hard 43... I think this year has aged me more than any other though. It's been rough to say the least. Hopefully the new year brings better things.

My brother-in-law signed me up as a gag gift when I turned 50. It automatically renews every November, on his credit card. He hasn't figured it out yet.

I'm 41 - 50. This makes me think about how long I've been around on this forum. Signed up just over 12 years ago. I don't post much as I've always been able to find the information I was looking for, said in way much better than I could ever say it.

It's been interesting to see how this place has changed over those 12 years too. I can for sure say that my thinking has matured a lot on the topic of firearms and shooting.

My body hurts in certain places and love going to bed early. My BS filter is way full, but life is awesome. Growing old sucks and is awesome at the same time. Don't ask me how, but it is - for me at least.

I was pretty good in my late 40's early 50's, 150#, 5'10" running, swimming, scuba diving and racing dirt tract cars. Then bam triple triple bypass at 54. Being in great shape probably save me from a heart attack. Never regained the condition I was in before the bypass but was again running, diving and racing. Gave up racing in 2002 and running in 2007, haven't dived since 2015 because I don't trust my aerobic capacity to get me out of trouble. Had to have two stents installed in 2017. Started weightlifting in 2015 and at 77 I am probably stronger than 95 percent of 77 year olds. I wish I could still run and dive. Arthritis pain is starting to set in in some joints, just got to push through it. Overall I could be a lot worst.

37.

Most days I feel about the same as I did 10 years ago, but my joints need a lot more warming up than they used to. If I still feel this way in another 10, I'll be thankful.

How I feel depends on the day.

Sometime's I'm sparring guys half my age and taking it to them, other days just putting on my shoes kicks my ass. Sometime in my mid 40s two things became true.

1. The joke "I'm gonna feel this in the morning" regarding something I ate or did, stopped being just a joke.

2. I realized I needed a recovery day. The days of "just work through it" or "just rub dirt on it" no longer applied and genuine injuries (even minor ones) need to be respected so they don't become permanent injuries.

Mid 50s, still very active but now with caution. If I don't train I seem to get more tired, but when I do train I have to make sure I don't burn the candle at both ends.

41. Don’t work out much but stay active. I’m 5’8” and stay at about 135-140#.

Still feel okay despite degenerated disk in my back and a little arthritis in my right hand.

I still have a ferocious sex drive that wife doesn’t. That bothers me more than anything.

I turned before my wife and declined to join, she turns and all of a sudden I have an AARP card. She got a ‘two-fer’ And was upset that we had missed out on eight months of AARP discount. I asked her exactly what discounts had we missed out on, but she was at a loss as to what exactly those were.

The 50's were the best.

1950s?

If we ever have another greet&shoot event, there will be gunfights for the handicap parking and the dinner will be at 4:45 at Olive Garden…

Upper-mid 50s. Brain acts and thinks I'm still 25. I have enough mileage to be 75 and feel that way some days. Cherish every minute. Time is the most valuable commodity in the universe.

My best friend, the reason I decided to move to NC, died at 39. Exactly 6 months short of his 40th birthday.

I’m trying not to think about it.

My grandfather is 97 right now. So I’m hoping I have a ways yet.
