I've had this assembled upper receiver laying around for years. It's a Cerro Forge receiver and comes with dust cover and FA assembled as shown. $80 shipped via USPS with tracker. First "I'll take it" gets it. Can do Paypal or MO. Can also do Venmo through a friend if needed.
