Beretta 92X slide fit a 92FS frame?

Anyone know if one of the 92X slides will fit an older 92FS frame? I've got an old 92FS frame sitting around and I found a decent deal on a complete 92X slide. Making sure they would fit before I purchase it to complete this gun. Thx

I'm not exactly sure, but Langdon Tactical has the following info on their RDO page:

"92X Performance: Red Dot Ready Slides do fit and function on a 92X Performance, however neither the frame mounted nor slide mounted safety/decocker will function AT ALL."

There is also a chart that shows his RDO slides fit both the 92X (standard not performance) and 92FS, so I don't see why backwards-compatibility wouldn't be a problem.
