UFIR?

I've got an AR-15 with standard M4 handguards. All I want to do is add a vertical foregrip. I see that GG&G has something called UFIR. Does anyone have this installed, and if so, is it sturdy enough for a foregrip?

Also, what's the best foregrip out there? I've got a TD Battlegrip...should I just stick with them?
