Rookie! :)
Well, the day I was born it was LBJ. He woulda been packin his bags though, to make room for tricky Dick who was sworn in 2 weeks later.

Same here. But just barely. It was almost Carter.

Ha! I’m starting to feel the grip of middle age starting to tighten.

83 for me, so he was established by the time I made my debut.

Good point.
Nixon for me and if I recall correctly there were no former presidents alive at the time I was born either.

Regrettably, we still had six months of Carter Administration blighting the country to go.

Don't want to say the name, I had no control over who was President in 1967.

Man there are a larger number of pups on this site than I thought.

Hilariously enough all us pups are late 30’s to early 40’s. I’d wager at this point there isn’t anyone on here younger than 31. Which is a shame, really.

Johnson
Eisenhower
Grandpa was a carpenter
He built houses stores and banks
Chain smoked camel cigarettes
And hammered nails in planks
He was level on the level
And shaved even every door
And voted for Eisenhower
'Cause Lincoln won the war.
Reagan straight slayed Mondale in my birth year.
LBJ.. I remember when I was about 5 and Watergate was going on. One of my chores was to go down to the irrigation ditch and open up our "watergate" to water my mom's garden. I struggled to understand why Watergate was all over the radio and TV. These days, Nixon might have just rolled through that controversy without having to resign.

General Eisenhower (first term).
Good point.
Nixon for me and if I recall correctly there were no former presidents alive at the time I was born either.
That was a 20.5 month period between 22 January 1973 to 9 August 1974.
This was the longest of five such periods where there are no former Presidents alive, the other periods were:
14 December 1799 to 4 March 1801 after George Washington's death (14 months, 18 days).
31 July 1875 to 4 March 1877 after Andrew Johnson's death (19 months, 5 days).
24 June 1908 to 4 March 1909 after Grover Cleveland's death (8 months, 9 days).
5 January 1933 to 4 March 1933 after Calvin Coolidge's death (58 days)
Eisenhower (second term).
Truman - summer of his election year.
