Palachucola Shooting Range

Heading to SC For a hog hunt. Palachucola range is less that 3 miles from the outfitter.

Have a few question about the range:

1. target frames or shooter responsibility?
2. are there separate ranges for handgun & rifle?
3. Overhead cover?
4. benches/tables?
5. fixed firing points?

Knowing I forgot a few more questions.

Targets and stands are the shooter's responsibility
2. are there separate ranges for handgun & rifle?
Yes, there's a 25-35 yd (can't remember for sure) pistol range and 100 yd rifle range with places at 50 yds to put targets
3. Overhead cover?
Yes, there's cover and benches with seating at the firing line.
4. benches/tables?
See above
5. fixed firing points?
Yes, but on days I was by myself, I moved closer to the targets as I desired. There was never anyone there on duty.

Wow. This is an obscure question that I can actually answer from personal experience, ha! I used to shoot there when I lived in Beaufort, which I left in 2014, so things may have changed since then. My answers are above in red.
