Cheers to whomever made that, stop motion seems exhaustive with how many takes and frames you have to go through
My kid used to make little stop motion videos with his lego dudes. I'm too impatient for that stuff.
To be honest, that was the most enjoyable 9:19 I've had in quite some time! Thank you for the post.
Better than any Hollywood movie that came out last year.
Ha, the chau chit failed, extreme historical accuracy.

Chalet-chaut machine gun…
I think that was computer-generated. Still pretty cool.

Anyone who has ever held, fired or looked at one knows them as the chau chit.

Wondered if that was a slap to clear the action or if it was a thing to jostle the barrel and jacket for a few more shots?

Don't steal your kids' toys, buy your own. :) No shame in having geeky hobbies... you'd be surprised how many engineers use Lego for quick and dirty conceptual prototyping.
I got 1.5 minutes in and the thought of capturing that frame by frame was giving me extreme anxiety lol.
Cool video.

I did a stop motion clip in high school. A weeks worth of work lasted about 15 seconds of screen play. It was star wars themed too.
In the same vein, a "Battle of Britain" or a "Battle of Midway" scenario would just totally blow my mind!

Battle of Verdun- 300,000 dead.
If anyone doubted the courage of the French, all they have to is look to the Battle of Verdun
