all parts new, the rail i put on a VFG and my hot pocket to see how it would fit but never installed the rail or the parts on the rifle. there is a small mark on the bottom (6 oclock) 3rd mlok slot form the front form the grip. have the stock parts and Ti parts (Ti parts i have had for a year setting in the packaging) They are around $100 by itself. i did weight the stock compared to Ti parts for fun to see the weight savings.
