M&P 45 Full Size or Mid Size

Any of you have preferences for one or the other? My main concern is for a little more window for HP expansion with the .5" longer barrel.

The mid-size handles and balances better, at least for me. But I'm also not a particularly big fan of shorter-barreled .45's for CCW/HD/duty purposes, as a general.
