Are there any forges actively making A2 style receivers at the moment? Everything seems to be dried up, and it has me wondering if it's just dead for 'good'.

I haven't seen any in a while. I had a factory Colt 14.5 upper with the fixed carry handle/A2 upper. I sold it (I think here) when I got divorced and was scrambling to survive. Man I wish I didn't let that one go.

I don't know anything about divorce, personally...but selling stuff that I regret because I 'needed money' I am intimately familiar with.

I looked for years and ended up buying a rifle I didn't want to get one.

Did you try Shark Arms?

Yeah, I didn't see any there. I'm not personally in need of one right now...but I was thinking I need another to sit in the basement for future use. I am starting to think I was extremely lucky to find an LMT stripped last year (from a friend of mine)

You gotta call Chris, he doesn't always list them.
