What is the difference between these two Gen 3 Glock 34s?

PI3430103 and UI3430103. They look identical to me, the listed specs look identical to me.

You are correct. P is Austrian made, U is US made. The other numbers indicate model and type of sights (I think). They look like identical models and features, just different countries of origin.

It really was gonna drive me nuts. I had two pages open to the specs and kept flipping back and forth and only the number changed.
